Alma Matcha – 息づく伝統 (Ikizuku Dentō), meaning “Living Tradition,” represents our commitment to honoring matcha as a craft that is still alive, not preserved in the past, but actively practiced, refined, and carried forward by tea masters in Japan. The phrase reflects our belief that we are not reinventing tradition, but respectfully participating in it. “Breath” (息) symbolizes life and soul, aligning deeply with Alma’s ethos of ritual, intention, and matcha for the soul. This product bridges heritage and modern expression: centuries-old cultivation meets contemporary café culture. 息づく伝統
Tasting notes: Deep umami, mineral depth, long dry finish

LIVING TRADITION MATCHA
To keep your matcha color and flavor vibrant, storage is key. Stash your matcha in an airtight container to prevent exposure to air. Keep it in a cool, dark spot (the fridge works great) to shield it from light and moisture. Always grab a clean, dry spoon when scooping; contamination is a no-go. For maximum freshness and flavor, consume within a 2-3 months of opening. Follow these tips, and your matcha will stay as bold and vibrant as you are!
